Dosage:

The drug is taken once or twice a day after meals. Treatment lasts 16-24 weeks.

Side effects :

Not to be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding, allergies to soy, peanuts with liver problems, when blood levels of vitamin A are higher.

Roaccutane commonly causes headache, dry skin, rash, itching, high blood cholesterol, protein or blood in the urine.
